RideWrap has announced the launch of its latest innovation, the Wheel Protection Kit.

Designed to protect both carbon and aluminium wheels, this new addition to the brand’s protection line offers advanced safeguarding and is available in a variety of wheel sizes, depths and types, including road, mountain, and gravel wheels.

“Wheels are a critical component of any bike, yet they often take the brunt of the wear and tear,” said Andrew McMillin, RideWrap marketing director.

“With this kit, riders can protect their wheels from damage from debris, extend their lifespan, and maintain performance—whether on the trail, road, or gravel.

The RideWrap Wheel Protection Kit is engineered to prevent rock chips, scratches, and rim damage, ensuring that wheels remain in top condition, ride after ride.

With advanced debris impact dissipation, this film reduces the risk of weakened wheels due to damage over time.

The film absorbs and disperses energy from debris impacts, minimising the risk of serious damage.

The film is not model-specific, making it compatible with a wide range of wheel sizes (27.5″, 29″, 700c) depths and types.

RideWrap’s Wheel Protection Kit is also customisable for asymmetric wheels.

Each wheel may require two different film sizes for left and right sides, ensuring full protection regardless of the wheel’s configuration.

The film covers 80% of the rim, from the sidewall up to the spoke bed, offering protection where it’s needed most.

Made with RideWrap’s proprietary Lotus Pro film, it boasts self-healing and superhydrophobic properties to keep wheels looking pristine and reducing cleaning time.

RideWrap Wheel Protection Kits are available in matte or gloss finishes at an RRP of £45.60 for one wheel, or £82.08 for two wheels.
